(one quick question, do i get to name my pokemon and such. and how do i know it's attacks, gender, ect. is all that stuff pre-determined?)

(You can choose pretty much everything about it, aside from its attacks. Those are pre-done. Like, ya know how pokemon learn different attacks at different levels? Yeah. o__o Plusle knows charm and growl, but I'll throw in tackle too, or you'll never get anywhere. X3; )

(i actually have no idea what attacks omanyte knows, i have never had one in any game or i wouldn't seem so helpless
