Tikaru winced as the curse cast upon him took affect. Eclair was nervous, that was doing alot of damage. She had to win, she had to prove herself to this arrogant guy.

Tikaru managed to just barely dodge the night shade. "Phew, ok, keep it up Tikaru!" Eclair said, trying to stay confident. "..Slash!" she commanded.
((Shuppet's a ghost type right? So slash wouldnt work? if it doesnt, thats ok, because Eclair is still a kinda beginner and would forget something like that.))
