Tsukiko City is your typical big city type place. It's very big, with tons to do. There's a department store, game corner, a resort, and tons of awesome restauraunts. It's a bright, bubbly place that anyone and their pokemon are sure to have lots of fun in.
Whether there is a gym leader or not here, i don't know. If anyone wants there leader to be here, feel free to add that.
